Online
Therapy
Technology has reshaped the way we work and connect with others. And because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the quality of in-home video conferencing has improved dramatically. Video calls have become a part of everyday life for many of us. This evolution has also impacted the world of psychotherapy. Many therapists have successfully made a paradigm shift to provide psychotherapeutic services online.
Whether it is working with children, adolescents, couples or adults, the practitioner uses the same approaches usually used in face-to-face therapy – except the client is in the comfort of their own space. We have found that clients report the same quality of treatment online as during face-to-face therapy. Online therapy is of course an individual preference, and if working online suits you for practical, health, or mobility reasons then online therapy may be appropriate for you.

“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life”
– Steve Jobs

Career assessments
Different tools are used to help individuals to understand how their different personal attributes i.e. their interests, aptitudes, and values can determine where they fit within the job market. It is a way to learn more about how well a variety of careers might suit an individual. Career Guidance and Counselling are mostly offered to help grade 7 – 12 learners to make the right career choice. This is a developmental process that is carried out to help young people individually or in groups to make informed choices about their careers.
